Yes, there is! Login here to enjoy the website version of the app, and do the following:

Tap on the three-button icon found in the upper right corner of the screen, you can either play next or play the session later (this will queue the session at the bottom).

To view your queued prayers, click the list icon found at the bottom right corner of your screen.

If you don't want to listen to something, but don't want to rebuild your queue, just use the queue to skip it (click the next prayer when the current one starts/is about to start).

At the moment, playlists cannot be saved, but we’re working on an exciting new feature to accomplish this.
