At this time, we cannot accept certain items for cleaning due to the nature of the item, or we may need to double check with our facility manager. Here is a list of the items we request you contact us to confirm prior to scheduling:
Costumes/mascots
Hats/Headwear
Sofa covers
Purses/handbags
Vintage clothes (in some cases)
Fur & Animal products (feathers, fur coats)
We cannot process anything with:
Bedbugs
Excessive pet hair
Poison ivy or poison oak oils
Hazardous chemical residue
Bodily fluids from humans or animals
Weighted blankets (can only clean covers)
Large Area rugs (we can process only clean bathroom and runner rugs)
