HandsHQ prices will change on 1st December 2022
The price of the HandsHQ Basic, Advanced and Pro plans will change on the 1st of December, 2022.
The important bit 🚨
For current customers, the price won't increase until the 1st of May, 2023. This gives you a 6-month grace period on the old pricing.
What does it mean for me?
Monthly plans
As an existing customer, your price will not increase until the 1st of May 2023, as long as you keep an active HandsHQ subscription.
Annual plans
If your annual plan renewal date is before 1st May, you'll still pay 2022 prices.
Changing plans
If you cancel and reactivate your plan, or change to a different plan after December 1st, you will switch to the new pricing.
You can manage and monitor your subscription under Settings > Billing
This is our first pricing change in nearly 8 years.
In that time, we've continued to innovate, adding new features, risk assessments, and hundreds of improvements.
Most of this work happens behind the scenes thanks to our engineering and product teams, but also at the front end with our customer success team, who enable you to get the most out of the platform.
What are the price changes?
The new prices are as follows:
Basic monthly: £36 per month (excl. VAT).
Basic annual: £360 per year (excl. VAT).
Advanced monthly: £85 per month (excl. VAT).
Advanced annual: £810 per year (excl. VAT).
Pro monthly: £160 per month (excl. VAT).
Pro annual: £1600 per year (excl. VAT).
Training Register
If you have a Training Register subscription, this is billed separately and will not be affected by this change at this time.
Can I keep the 2022 pricing?
Lock in 2022 pricing for a full year: Switch from monthly to annual billing before 1st December 2022 to lock in our current pricing for 12 months. Plus, annual billing is already 15% cheaper than paying monthly, and has no monthly limits on projects.
