Cards can either be virtual or physical, depending on what your employer has chosen. We recommend opting for virtual cards so you can grab your card details more quickly. You can also add these to your virtual Apple or Google wallet, so no need to add another card to your wallet.
Finding your allowances
You can see all of your available allowances across the top of your home screen, for a complete overview of your allowances you can head to app.happl.com/allowances

If your company has physical cards enabled you will be able to choose between a physical and virtual card. Its possible to add virtual cards to your Apple or Google wallet, and these details will be available immediately. If you opt for a physical card you'll need to wait until your card arrives before you can access your details.

What do I need to do once I've made a purchase?
It is important that with all transactions that you make, you take a picture or download the receipt to add to your Happl portal. This can be done directly under your allowance by clicking the '+' button. You can also add a category and a VAT rate to help out your finance team!
Alternatively, if your company has the Slack integration set up - our Happl bot will ping you a message every time you spend with your Happl card. All you need to do is reply in the thread of the message with an image or pdf of your receipt/invoice and this will be auto-uploaded against your transaction.
My payment keeps getting declined - whats happening?
As with any card there could be a variety of reasons why a payment is getting declined, it could be that the merchant you are trying to use is in a blocked category, you might not have enough in your balance, or the team balance might need topping up. We recommend getting in touch with the Happl team if you're ever unsure, we can check this out for you on our side and help troubleshoot.
I'm worried my card has been compromised - what should I do?
If you've noticed any strange activity on your card or are worried that your card details may have been compromised, the first thing you should do is head to your allowance and hit Manage card. From here you'll be given the option to Freeze card and Order a replacement. You can temporarily freeze your card if you think you might have lost your card but aren't ready to get new details. We recommend getting new details by Ordering a replacement if you're unsure. If you have a virtual card these will be available immediately, if you opt for a physical card, you will receive this in the post.
