Packeta is a popular carrier in Central Europe offering an extensive network of pickup points. With API integration, you can automate shipping, generate labels, and allow your customers to choose pickup points directly in your Shopify store.
1. Registration and Access to the API
To use Packeta via API, you need to have an active business account with them.
If you don’t have one yet, register at client.packeta.com
Once your account is approved, log in to the Packeta client portal
Go to User support to get your credentials:
Go to Senders and create new sender or edit new sender
Copy Indication
2. Create a Packeta Provider
Once you have your API keys and Indication:
In the app, go to Providers > Add Provider
Choose Packeta as the carrier type
Fill in the fields in the connection section:
API Key
API Password
Default indication sender
Map the provider to the appropriate shipping rates:

In the Pickup Points section, select the shipping rates where customers should be able to choose a Packeta pickup location
If you offer home delivery via Packeta, map those rates in the Home Delivery section and select the appropriate Packeta service (e.g. CZ Packeta Home HD, DE Hermes HD, ...)
Set the provider as active
Save the provider
3. Activate and Configure the Pickup Point Widget
To allow customers to select a Packeta Pickup point during the checkout process, you need to activate and configure the widget.
Follow the appropriate guide based on your Shopify plan.
