If you haven't received your confirmation email, please follow these steps :

  1. First, check your spam folder. Sometimes Happy Scribe emails end up in your Spam folder so check there first.

  2. Next check your 'Promotions' folder in your emails. As this is the first email you are receiving from us, your email provider might accidentally think it's promotion material.

  3. Delete your cache and cookies and retry Steps 1 and 2. You should see your lovely confirmation email sitting in your inbox.

If it's still not there, no worries, everything is under control!
