Bulk Upload Limits and Best Practices

Bulk Upload Limits

  • File Size Limit: Each file uploaded as part of a bulk operation must not exceed 1GB in size. Exceeding this limit will result in upload failure.

Recommendations for Bulk Uploading

  1. Batch Your Uploads: Instead of uploading one large batch, aim to upload smaller batches of 3 to 25 files at a time. This minimizes errors and ensures a smoother upload experience.

  2. Check File Size: Confirm that each file in your batch meets the 1GB size limit to avoid processing delays.

  3. Preferred Browser: Use a modern browser like Chrome for best performance. Keeping your browser up to date helps prevent compatibility issues.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Clear Browser Cache: Some errors can be resolved by clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  • Verify Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is essential for bulk uploads.

  • Split Large Files: For files larger than 1GB, consider splitting them into smaller sections prior to upload.

Following these tips and guidelines will help ensure efficient and error-free bulk uploading. For unresolved issues, feel free to reach out to Happy Scribe support for further assistance.
