You can upload your own subtitles (.srt or .vtt) to Happy Scribe by going to your dashboard:

  • Click on Create and Import subtitles, at the bottom of the pop-out

  • Select the language of the subtitles

  • Select your subtitles and upload them to your dashboard

Once your subtitles are loaded, the subtitle editor will open and you will be able to edit your subtitles. You'll also be able to translate these subtitles into another language.

On the right side, you will see the Uploader where you will be able to upload your audio or video file.

Then, you will be able to play the file and preview the subtitles ⬇️

When the audio or video file is uploaded, it will take us 5 to 10 minutes to generate the soundwave. If it doesn't appear after 10 minutes, try refreshing the page ⬇️

Good to know

The subtitles will automatically be saved to your account and you will see them as a separate file on your Dashboard.

If your file doesn't play immediately, allow the uploader a few moments to completely upload the file to our server and it should play as normal.
