If your application has been rejected it means that you have not scored enough on your test. This does not always mean that you did a bad job, possibly there are other applicants that scored better than you. We receive thousands of applications every day and it gets very hard to compete with other aspiring transcriptionists.

Unfortunately, given the current volumes we are managing, it is not possible for us to give specific feedback on your test. We are only able to reach out to successful applicants. That being said, we have full confidence in our correction tools and process, so we want to reassure you that your application was assessed fairly.

We are truly sorry about this, and we are grateful for the time and effort you put into the subtitling test.

If you want to give it another try, feel free to apply again in 3 months using the same email.
