Are you seeing a lot of the same mistakes in your transcript? Want an easy way to correct these in one go? You've come to the right place!

Find below the steps to access the Find and Replace feature within the Transcript Editor. With it, you have options to match the full word if needed, choose whether the results should be case-sensitive, or maintain the capitalization of the first letter.

  • Click either on the magnifying glass πŸ” at the top-right of the Editor or on the " πŸ” Find" button at the bottom-left of the Editor:

  • Write your searched word, and once the results appear, you can check the case-sensitive, match full word, and preserve capitalization of first letter options as needed

  • You can also directly go to the section in the transcript where the results are by clicking on a specific one

  • You can also navigate through the results, if there are multiple, by clicking the arrows Λ„ and Λ… next to their number

  • Finally, click "Replace all" to confirm your choice!
