You can translate your transcript via Human-Made or Machine-Generated (automatic) services. You can check out the supported languages by clicking here and scrolling until "Supported languages".

Find below the steps to request both types of translations!

For Machine-Generated translations

  • First, make sure you have reviewed and made all the changes needed in your original language transcript. If you don't speak the language of the audio, consider requesting a Human review by clicking on "Get a review" at the top of the Editor

  • Once you're happy with your transcript in the original uploaded language, click on Translate at the top of the Editor

  • Select Machine-Generated

  • Select the language(s) you wish to translate into, and they'll be ready in a few moments and click on "Translate"

  • Translated files will appear as separate files on your dashboard with a language code in front of them, such as [es] or [fr]

πŸ’‘ Please note transcript translations will be charged. The price of automatic translation is the same as the price of automatic transcription. For example, translating a 30-minute video will cost 30 minutes of credit for the transcript plus another 30 minutes for each translation

For Human-Made translations

  • Click on Translate at the top of the Editor

  • Select Human-Made

  • Select the language(s) you wish to translate into and click on "Get quote"

  • You will then see the Order summary with the detailed price and an estimated turnaround time, as well as the total price

  • Click on "Pay now" and proceed with the payment to place your order

πŸ’‘ To ensure translation accuracy, the original transcript must first be proofread in its original language. This is why the "Order summary" includes the cost of both review and translation
