Why can't I deposit?

If you are unable to deposit, we suggest you the following actions:

  • Try an alternative deposit method available in the cashier for you

  • Make sure that you are using a payment method registered in your name

  • If you are using a credit card, make sure that there is not discrepancy between your country of registration, the IP your are browsing from and the country where the credit card was issued

  • Make sure you typed the correct details
