1.What is "Harbiz Marketing"?

This feature allows your clients to recommend your services to their friends, helping you gain new customers organically. You’re in control—choose whether to reward them for every friend who becomes active thanks to their recommendations.

2. How to activate "Harbiz Marketing"?

Access the feature: From your main dashboard, select the icon labeled "BETA" in the top bar. This icon indicates that the feature is currently in "testing mode."

Activating the Feature: Review the operating steps and select "Get Started" to activate the feature and begin using it.


3.How campaigns work?

Campaign Activation:

  • You can activate or deactivate the campaign at any time.

  • Add a reward to encourage your clients to make recommendations.

  • Inform your clients about the service via chat or email. Once set up, the notification will be sent automatically.

  • With the campaign active, you can schedule reminders to reinforce communication through your chosen channels.

  • If you prefer to avoid email or chat communications, you can adjust this in the settings.


4. How do clients make recommendations?

  • Referral Link: Your clients receive a personalized referral link to share.

  • Lead Registration: The link directs the referred friend to a registration form, where they are recorded as a "lead."

  • Professional Communication: From that point, communication between you (the professional) and the lead begins, aiming to convert them into an "active" client.

  • Reward System: Once the lead becomes "active" or makes a purchase in the store, the client who made the recommendation can receive their reward, provided you have configured it.


5. How to reward your Client?

Rewarding is optional and can be configured during the campaign setup:

Reward Activation: The reward is granted to the client when their referred friend transitions to an "active" status.

Redeemable Balance: The accumulated balance can be redeemed to purchase products directly from the app.

Impact Overview: Access detailed insights about the campaign's performance, including:

  • Total number of leads generated.

  • Total leads converted into clients.

  • Total products purchased by new clients.

  • Identification of your brand ambassadors.

  • Total rewards issued to clients.


6. How to track your campaign?

You can monitor key metrics to manage the campaign you’ve launched effectively.

  • Key Indicators: View the main performance indicators, including detailed information about new clients and the names of the individuals who referred them.

  • Ambassadors Tab: Access a dedicated tab to track your top brand ambassadors.

6.1 Metrics Available:

Registered Leads: The number of people who signed up using the referral link.

Activated Clients: Clients you have manually activated.

Generated income: Total revenue earned from activated clients.

Commissions: Total commissions paid to Harbiz for lead generation. Currently free during the beta version.

Deleted Leads: Total leads you’ve removed. Use this function to clean up the list or remove leads who are not interested in signing up.


7. How will your clients see it?

With rewards: If you’ve decided to offer rewards for referrals, your clients will be able to see:

  • Available Balance: The amount they can redeem.

  • Activated Friends: The number of friends they successfully referred who became active clients.

Without rewards: If you’ve chosen not to offer rewards, your clients will only see:

  • Activated Friends: The number of friends they successfully referred who became active clients.

💡 Note: Your clients can also review the history of their balance transactions and activated friends.


8. How can I cancel a campaign?

A campaign can be canceled at any time. Simply go to the settings section, deactivate the campaign, and save the changes.

From that moment on, the invitation link to register for your services will be deactivated, and you will stop receiving new clients. Your ambassadors will keep the rewards they have earned to redeem them in future purchases.


9. Activate generated leads

Every new client who registers through a referral from an existing customer will be marked as a "Lead."

This status allows you to contact them to better understand their needs or address any questions they may have before signing up.

Clients in this status will have access to the app, enabling them to purchase products from the store, send and receive chat messages, and become familiar with the platform.

👉 The Lead status does not affect the fee with Harbiz.

You can view all accumulated leads from:

  • Clients section: You will have a new category to classify and view all leads.

  • Harbiz Marketing Section: Here, you can view the email, phone number, registration date, and the person who referred them. You can also access the client’s profile or send them a message via chat.

Processes to activate a lead, deactivate their profile, and start working with them:

  • Manually: Change the client’s status manually once they have started using your services. You can do this from their profile, the general client table, or the Harbiz Marketing section.

  • Client Purchase: When the client purchases a product through the app, they will automatically become an active client of your services.


10. Analyze your ambassadors

We have enabled a section where you can gather information on clients who have recommended your services and helped increase your customer acquisition.

For each ambassador, you can review:

  • Total Leads: The total number of referred friends who have registered.

  • Total Active: Leads who have converted into clients.

  • Total Rewards: The amount earned for each activated lead.

  • Total Redeemed: The amount the ambassador has already used from their earned rewards.

Access each ambassador’s history to track the earnings and movements of rewards for each lead.
