What's in the catalog?
Templates are organized into three categories:
🥗 Nutrition — 22 plans
High protein, low carb, low fat, easy meals, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan.
🏋️ Workouts — 36 sessions
Gym-based, at-home with or without equipment, hybrid athlete, and mobility.
🏆 Full programs — 15 programs
Muscle gain, hybrid competition, home training, glute-focused, and senior program (+55 years).
How does it work?
When you add a template, an independent copy is created in your account. You can edit it freely without affecting the original in the catalog. If you delete it, you can always add it again from the catalog.
You can add templates in several ways: one by one from the catalog or preview, an entire subcategory at once, or multiple templates at the same time using multi-select.
You'll find them in the new Templates section of the content menu, in the empty states for workouts, nutrition plans, and programs, and in the Home carousel.
