As your clients complete activities, you'll be able to track and motivate them for every achievement they reach in their assigned tasks.
Achievements let you recognize and motivate your clients' progress with badges and challenges. You can now manage the visibility of Harbiz's default categories, create your own custom categories and achievements, and track each client's progress toward their next badge.
Achievement Categories
Harbiz offers default achievement categories — Trophies, Milestones, and Consistency — but you also have the option to create your own custom achievement categories.
Important notes:
|
1. Harbiz's default achievement categories
These categories are available on the platform by default. You can show or hide them, but you can't edit their name or description.
🏆 Trophies (special dates and events)
🏆 Trophies (special dates and events)
Awarded exclusively when a client completes a workout on a specific calendar date:
Getting Started: unlocked automatically as soon as they complete registration in the app.
Birthday: earned by working out on their birthday.
New Year: earned by logging a workout on January 1st.
Valentine's Day: awarded for working out on February 14th.
🎯 Milestones (activity accumulation)
🎯 Milestones (activity accumulation)
Reward workload and long-term consistency. The system awards badges once the client reaches 5, 15, 30, 60, or 100 completed activities in:
Completed in-person or online training sessions.
Logged cardio blocks.
Completed Workout tasks.
Correctly logged nutrition plans/meals.
Videos watched on the platform.
🔥 Consistency (daily discipline and streaks)
🔥 Consistency (daily discipline and streaks)
Focused on discipline, daily commitment, and building solid habits:
Consecutive training days: rewards streaks of consecutive days logging activity.
100% days: unlocked when the client completes absolutely every task and activity scheduled for that day on their calendar.
Early bird days: recognizes clients who complete and log their workout before 8:00 AM.
2. Create your own achievement categories
You can create fully custom categories, in addition to the ones Harbiz provides by default.
In the Library > Achievements panel: create a new category.
Set its name and description.
Choose who this achievement category will be available to under "..." > Edit category — you'll be able to adjust its visibility (to all clients, to no one, or by tag).
⚠️ Important: a custom category will only be visible to your client once it contains at least one achievement. Until then, it stays hidden. |
Create a Custom Achievement (new)
Every achievement always belongs to one of your categories. To create one:
From within your category, click to create an achievement.
Fill in the fields: name, category, logo or image, description/instructions (required), and the conditions to earn it.
Set the achievement's duration: by date (start and end), by a period from assignment, or unlimited (selected by default).
Save.
🔔 Keep in mind: the save button stays disabled until you fill in all required fields. |
What types of achievements can you create? (Conditions)
Reach a target weight: set the target weight your client must hit for a specific exercise. The achievement unlocks when the client lifts this weight in a set.
Total reps: set the number of reps for a specific exercise your client must complete to earn this achievement.
Activity streak: you choose how many consecutive times the client must complete the activity to earn the achievement. You can choose from:
Workout
Cardio
Coach session
Meal log
💡 To set up your custom achievements, you can choose from your own exercises or from Harbiz's exercise library. |
Manage achievements from the professional panel
From the Library, in your Achievements panel, you can:
View: shows the achievement's name, logo/image, description/instructions, and duration (if applicable).
Edit: you can update its details, but you can't change the conditions once it's been created.
Duplicate: creates a copy, adding "- copy" to the name to distinguish it from the original.
Change an achievement category's visibility:
Open the category's "..." action menu and click Edit.
In the menu, go to the Visibility section.
Choose who should see it: everyone, no one, or by tag.
⚠️ Important:
|
Track your clients' achievement progress
From each client's profile, under Progress > Achievements, you'll only see the categories assigned to them and Harbiz's default achievements (even if you've hidden them in the Library and your client doesn't see them, you will still see them on your end).
Clicking on an achievement takes you to its detail view with the completion bar and the progress tracker toward the next badge. For example, for a "30 consecutive training days" achievement, you'd see something like 22/30 days completed.
💡 Every time a client earns an achievement, you'll see it reflected in your home activity history, under "Recent activity." |
What your client sees
Your client has an achievements section in their app:
If all categories are disabled, they'll see a message inviting them to contact you.
When achievements are available, they'll see their progress tracker toward the next badge.
Under "Recently earned," they'll see their 5 most recent achievements, each with the date they earned it.
They can share any achievement they've earned.
🌟 Every time clients hit a milestone, the app sends them an instant celebratory push notification. They can view their full trophy case from their profile in the app, under Progress > Achievements. |
FAQs
Can I edit Harbiz's categories? No. You can only change their visibility. The name and description are fixed. |
What happens to a client's progress if I hide a category? An achievement's progress or streak isn't deleted — it just stops being visible and stops being tracked from the moment you disable it. |
Why isn't my category showing up for the client if I've enabled it for them?A custom category only shows up once it contains at least one achievement. |
Can I change the conditions of an achievement after it's been created? No. Conditions are set when the achievement is created and can't be modified afterward. If you need different conditions, duplicate the achievement or create a new one. |
Can achievements be linked to smart devices? Not yet — we're already working on making this possible. Stay tuned via our Platform News here. |
