RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS

Welcome to the Harlequin Rights and Permissions page. You must have our written permission to reprint or reproduce materials published by Harlequin.

Permissions

Permissions are required for the reproduction of all or portions of text or cover art/cover copy for use:

· in another work

· on a website

· on merchandise

· as an alternate format for visually impaired or print disabled persons

All written requests to use materials from our titles should include the following information:

· title and author of the book you wish to reprint or reproduce

· imprint and/or series (MIRA, HQN, Steeple Hill Café, Silhouette Desire etc.)

· ISBN

· a copy of the material you wish to reproduce

· title, author and publisher of your book

· territory, format, price, print run, publication date of your book

· a contact name and complete mailing address

Please complete and forward this permission form for consideration. We cannot process telephone requests. Please allow 4-6 weeks for a response, which will be sent to you via e-mail or mail. Please do not send duplicate requests. Missing information may delay our response to you. Permission has not been granted until you have received the fully executed permission form.

 

Rights

To inquire about the availability of rights for:

· Audio/radio/film/television/dramatic performance

· Translation

· Reprint

· Serialization

We will require:

· Author Name

· Complete Title

· ISBN

· Imprint

· The specific rights you are seeking

Please submit your request in writing. Please allow 1-2 weeks for a response which will be sent to you via email or mail.
