Logo & Favicon Photos
Your logo image and favicon can both be updated from Settings > Organization. The logo image is the large square and the favicon is the smaller square.
Your logo image should be:
A minimum of 250px x 150px
Saved as a JPG/JPEG, PNG or GIF file format
Your favicon should be:
A small square-shaped image
Saved as a JPG/JPEG, PNG or GIF file format
Cover, Campaign, Event, & Impact Post Photos
Your cover photo can be updated from Settings > Organization and is the large, rectangular image found in your organization settings.
Your campaign photos and event photos be updated from Campaigns > Options > Edit and Events > Options > Edit respectively.
Impact Post photos and videos can be uploaded while creating or editing a post.
Because your cover, campaign, events, and impact post images can be displayed in a multitude of ways on different pages, devices, screens, etc., our system has built-in, unchangeable settings that automatically attempt to best fit the image to the donor's device. We emphasize using images as that are:
Exactly or close to 16:9 dimensions (at least 800 x 450 px)
Saved as a JPG/JPEG, PNG or GIF file format
Only JPG/JPEG, PNG and GIF file formats are supported. PDFs cannot be uploaded as your cover, campaign, event or impact post image.
For Impact Posts, you may upload videos from your computer (or link to an online video such as one on YouTube) instead of uploading an image. Videos uploaded from your computer must be saved in the MP4 file format.
Text Message Images
Attaching a photo or GIF to your text messages is a great way to create a fun, impactful, delightful connection with your donors. However, not all images are supported. When attaching images to your text messages, please consider that:
Images must be no larger than 5 MB
Only JPG/JPEG and GIF are supported
If your image is larger than 5 MB, try resizing or compressing the image to a smaller size. To achieve a file size of less than 5 MB, the image will likely need to be less than 1200 x 1200 px.
Only JPG/JPEG and GIF file formats are supported. PNGs and PDFs cannot be uploaded to text messages.
Troubleshooting Uploading or Changing Images
Images Are Not Uploading
When updating your cover photo, or your campaign or event image, sometimes you may encounter a spinning wheel that makes it appear as though the image is not uploading. Most of the time, the image was successfully uploaded and you'll just need to refresh your browser.
Try doing a hard refresh of your browser:
PC: Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
Images Not Updating on Fundraising Pages
After uploading a new photo you may still see the old image when viewing your campaigns, giving forms, or event pages. When this happens, it could be that your web browser has cached the old image.
Try clearing your browser's cache:
