When will I see my tax documents?

Accessing Your Account Documents

Harvest provides all account documentation digitally. You can view, search, and download your records at any time by navigating to Accounts -> Documents.

1. Tax Documents (1099s)

All tax forms are generated by our custodian, Alpaca Securities LLC.

  • Availability: Typically available by January 31 for the previous tax year.

  • Notification: You will receive an email and a push notification as soon as your specific forms are ready.

  • Forms included: Your "Consolidated 1099" includes gains/losses (1099-B), dividends (1099-DIV), and interest (1099-INT).

2. Monthly Statements

Statements provide a summary of your portfolio’s performance, fees, and activity.

  • Details: Includes your beginning/ending balance, any deposits/withdrawals, and a list of your current holdings.

3. Trade Confirmations

Trade confirms are legal records of every individual transaction executed in your account.

  • Purpose: These are useful for tracking the exact price and timestamp of fractional share trades.

4. Legal & Regulatory Disclosures

To review your signed agreements or our firm's regulatory filings (Form CRS and ADV):

  • Navigate to the Disclosures tab within the Documents section.

  • These are updated annually or whenever a material change occurs.


How to Download

  1. Log in to the Harvest app or web portal.

  2. Go to your user Profile (click top right-hand dropdown -> profile settings).

  3. Select Legal tab.

  4. Tap any document to view the PDF or save it to your device.

Note: For security and to keep fees low, Harvest uses electronic delivery for all documentation. We do not provide paper copies via mail.
