Update the way you receive notifications

Managing Your Notifications

Harvest gives you total control over how we communicate. You can customize your preferences for Email, Push, SMS, and In-App alerts in seconds.

1. Where to Find Settings

  1. Log in to your Harvest Account.

  2. Tap your Profile Icon in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Click Profile Settings.

  4. Select Notifications tab.

  5. Toggle notification on and off as needed.

2. Notification Channels

3. Core Categories

  • Transactions: Confirmations for every buy, sell, deposit, and withdrawal.

  • Security: Immediate alerts for login attempts or profile changes. (Enabled by default for your protection).

  • Market & Portfolio: Weekly performance summaries and rebalancing alerts.

  • Learning & Goals: XP milestones, daily streaks, and stewardship tips.


Pro-Tips for Less Noise

  • Use "Weekly" Over "Daily": Switch your Portfolio Summary to weekly to avoid market "noise."

  • Reserve Push for Action: Keep push notifications on for Transactions and Security, but move Learning and Updates to In-App.

  • Regulatory Alerts: By law, certain documents (Trade Confirms, Tax Forms, and Statements) must be delivered via at least one digital channel.
