Use Type of action on New Action to choose what the entry records.

Start here

Open HarvestED and go to New Action.

Find Type of action.
Open the selector.
Choose the action type you want to record.
Review the fields displayed for that type before entering the remaining details.

The form presents the details associated with the selected action type.

If the fields do not match your intended entry, check the selected action type.
