An empty Notifications view shows no cards for the selection currently displayed.
Check which period is selected.
Switch between Today, Week, and 30 Days to review another period.
If you expected a specific alert and still cannot find it, tell support the alert you expected, its approximate date, and your app version. An empty in-app view alone does not explain why a push notification did not reach your phone.
