It is important to hyperlink words of text like "my website" or "schedule here" instead of including direct URLs in emails.

Make sure that the link(s) in your email aren't being seen as mismatched URLs by SPAM filters. This will help to maximize your deliverability!

Most email service providers use link tracking in emails, so when you send an email through BenchmarkONE we adjust the link URL in order to track it. This is necessary to provide you insightful data into your most engaged contacts.

Because a common phishing technique is to hide a malicious link under a seemingly legitimate one (e.g. www.yourbank.com/verify), some email clients will see the mismatch between your link (www.url.com) and the code underneath with the tracking information attached, and will reject your content as SPAM.

There is an easy solution to this problem. 

When sending emails out of BenchmarkONE, be sure to hyperlink words of text like "my website" or "schedule here" instead of including a URL like www.website.com. That way, it won't look like a masked link when we impose our link tracking URL. Here's an example from an email:
