If you would like your forms to display with side-by-side fields, follow these simple steps:
For each of the fields you would like to be next to each other, on the same line:
Click field size and change it from 50 (default) to 25
Then, right-click on each field and select "shrink"
It should immediately render like this
You can use these steps for any fields you would like next to each other.
