What to Expect During the Launch

Monday, April 10th

Good morning, new app! Our support team will be running full strength on Monday. With a new user interface and exciting new features, you may need help once we launch on the 8th. Here's how to get the help you need:

  • Register for Customer Success hours throughout the week to receive training and ask any questions you have about the new app.

  • You will have 24/7 access to up-to-date help articles and videos right here in the help center.

  • To report an issue, you can always submit a ticket or call our support team at 1-866-991-4888 ext 2.

FAQs

Do I need to do anything to receive the new version of the app?

Nope! Every Hatchbuck customer will receive the update when we release the new app in a few weeks. There is no action needed on your part.

Has pricing changed?

Your pricing plan will remain exactly the same - you'll still pay by the number of users and contacts you need, but will get access to all of the awesome new features in Hatchbuck v4.0.

How do I get help once the new product is launched?

We'll be providing daily training webinars once the new product is launched. You will also have 24/7 access to help articles and videos in the help center. Finally, if you run into any issues, you can submit a ticket or call our support team at 1-866-991-4888 ext 2.
