Search by invoice number

You can search by a specific Invoice number to locate the customers account by using the Invoice page or from reporting.

BILLING > INVOICES

Using the funnel just above the invoice number column, you can search by specific invoice number. This will then give you a link to the customer's profile

REPORTING:

FINANCIAL OPERATIONS

INVOICES & REVENUE or INVOICE DETAILS

Enter the invoice number into the invoice number search box

Set the invoice date to a range close to the invoice itself

Invoice numbers container the invoice creation date -

Example - Invoice 240423022832 was created 04/23/24 (April 23 2024)

24 (YEAR) 04 (MONTH) 23 (DAY) 022832 (invoice sequence automatically created)
