We've just released an exciting enhancement to the aging bucket feature within the customer detail section. Here’s a detailed overview of the new functionalities:

Hover Preview

  • Quick Access to Invoices: When you hover over an aging bucket, a preview list of the top 5 invoices within that bucket will be displayed.

  • Invoice Count: The preview will also show the total count of invoices in that bucket.

Detailed Dialog

  • Click for More Info: Clicking on the aging bucket will open a detailed dialog.

  • Invoice Details: This dialog will provide comprehensive information about each invoice, including due dates, amounts, and statuses.

  • Resend Invoices: You have the option to resend the invoice emails. You can choose to resend each invoice individually or resend all the invoices in that bucket with a single action.

  • Payment Processing: The dialog also allows you to take payments for individual invoices directly.

User Workflow

  1. Hover Over Aging Bucket:

    • Gain a quick overview of the top 5 invoices and the total count.

  2. Click on Aging Bucket:

    • Open a detailed dialog for more comprehensive invoice information.

  3. Resend Invoice Emails:

    • Choose to resend individual invoices or all at once for better communication and follow-up.

  4. Process Payments:

    • Efficiently manage and collect payments for individual invoices within the dialog.
