If you are instructed to download the APK file on your Android device, a separate link to the file will be sent.

Start by completely uninstalling the existing Hauler Hero app from your mobile device.

Once the app is completely removed from your tablet, you will need to access the Google Drive link (this is the separate link file)

You must access this link from the tablet. We recommend emailing the link to the email that can be accessed from the tablet. When you click this link you should see a button to download the file. The file will be put in the Downloads folder on the tablet, in the My Files folder. Once you locate the file on the tablet you should be able to just tap it to start the installation.

One the app downloads, the login process is the same with your website based email and password combination.

Please note that by downloading the APK version of the app, the app will no longer update from the app store. You may be advised in the future to uninstall this version and install the app from the Google Play Store.
