Who can access "People on-site" in the HazardCo App?
Companies on the Complete or Premium plan
Users with role of Hub Admin or Hub Users
Visible when you have scanned onto your company's site
Accessing People on-site
Open the HazardCo App and scan onto one of your company's sites
Locate the "People on-site" option on the scanned-in site screen
Tap the "People on-site" option to view a list of people currently scanned on-site.
See who is scanned in on-site
See a list of all people currently scanned on-site in chronological order
Records are displayed by date with the most recent scans at the top
Each day's scans are grouped for easy reference
See the time and date that each individual scanned onto the site
View User Profiles, Contact Information and Certifications
Click the three dots icon next to a scan record to open the options menu to:
Use View Profile to:
Access their contact information
Review uploaded certifications e.g. White Cards & trade certifications
Managing Site Departures
If someone forgets to sign out when leaving your site:
Locate their name in the scan list
Click on the three dots option icon next to their record
Select the option to mark them as "Left Site"
Confirm the action to mark the person as "left site".
Their scan record will be updated to show that they have left the site
Best Practices
Regularly review the attendance list for accuracy
Make sure team members remember to sign out when leaving
Use the profile information to verify certifications when needed
