Managing Multiple HazardCo Accounts

Learn how to access and switch between multiple HazardCo accounts in both the App and Hub with this simple guide.

Updated over 3 months ago

What you need to get started

  • An existing HazardCo user account

  • An invite to join another company's HazardCo account

Getting Access to Another Account

  1. Anyone can be given access to multiple accounts if you already have a HazardCo login

  2. When someone adds you to their account, you'll get an email invitation

  3. Click the link in the email to accept the invitation

What Happens When You Accept an Invitation

If you have a free account with:

  • No other team members

  • No pre-qualification documents completed

You'll see an option to merge accounts when you log into the Hub.

This means:

  • Your free account will close

  • Your user profile will move to the new account

  • All your reports will come with you

  • You'll only have access to the new account (not multiple accounts)

If you choose not to merge or have a paid account:

  • You'll have access to both accounts

  • You can switch between them in the Hub and App

How to Switch Between Accounts

In the App:

  1. Go to the home screen

  2. Tap on the company name at the top

  3. Choose which account you want to use and it will switch you over to using that company in the App

  4. All app activity you do e.g. scan-ins, reports and tasks will be saved to this account

In the Hub:

  1. Look for your name and company in the top right corner

  2. Click on this area to open the options menu

  3. Select the account you want to use by clicking on it in the list

  4. You'll be switched over to the selected account and be able to access that company's Hub and data based on your assigned role permissions
