Subscription Term Reminder

All HazardCo subscriptions run on a 12-month term. This means:

  • Your subscription is fixed for a 12 months term.

  • Cancellations can be submitted anytime but take effect at the end of your term.

  • No refunds or partial credits are issued for early cancellation (even if selling or closing your business).

How to Cancel

  1. Email info@hazardco.com with your business name, full name, contact details, and reason for leaving (this helps us improve).

  2. We’ll confirm your final subscription date and outline any next steps.

Tip: Send your request at least 14 days before renewal to ensure processing in time.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • You’ll continue to have full access to your HazardCo tools and services until the end of your subscription term.

  • After that date, your access will end and your account will be closed.

  • Change your mind during your term? We’ll help you get the most from your membership.
