Confined Space Permit

A safety plan for subcontractors to provide to a main contractor. Plan outlines known risks, emergency procedures and training requirements that are involved with construction work. This is to be used in conjunction with a Task Analysis for the work being completed


Task Analysis (TA)

Identify the hazards and risks for your work task and what controls you will implement to eliminate where possible or minimise the risk, the steps you will take to complete the task and what PPE you will use. Download and print to manually complete a TA, alternatively you can use the HazardCo App.


Toolbox/Safety Meeting

Template to record H&S matters e.g risks, incidents, operations, procedures, training. We recommend using the HazardCo App to record Toolbox/Safety Meetings regularly.


Training Plan and Register

Keep a record of workers completed and upcoming training


Vehicle Checklist
