Who Can Use the App?
The HazardCo App is available to everyone without being a member.
Free Users: Can access the App to scan in/leave site, upload and share certifications and documents and complete reports/tasks when scanned onto Project Plus sites
Standard Users: Full home screen features including report creation
Premium & Complete Users: All features plus enhanced reporting capabilities and advanced project management features
Please Note: Some features may vary depending on your subscription level and user role within your organisation.
Key Features on Your Home Screen
The HazardCo app home screen is designed to give you quick access to all essential features. Here's what you'll find:
Bottom Navigation Menu
The bottom menu provides instant access to your most-used features:
Home Button
Tap 'Home' to return back to the home screen from any other area in the App
Notifications
Tap 'Notifications' to see all the messages you've received, you'll find things like tasks being assigned to you, document review requests, certification upload reminders and more.
Quick Scan/Exit Button
Tap 'Scan QR/Leave Site' to quickly scan into a site or leave your current location
This is the fastest way to manage your site scan in and out
Create Button
Tap 'Create' to start new reports or tasks from anywhere in the app
Support Button
Tap 'Support' for instant help
Access our help centre articles and contact our support team
Includes live AI-supported chat for immediate assistance
Header Features
Profile Access
Located in the top right corner showing your initials
Tap to access your certifications, documents, and personal settings
Company Account Display
Your current company name appears in the yellow header
If you work for multiple companies, tap the company name to switch between accounts
Home screen list
On the home screen list you'll find:
All of the reports you can create in the app
Tasks
Reports
Scroll down to the bottom of the list and tap on 'Reports' to access your completed reports
All of the reports that you created are found here as well as reports created by your team or shared with you (depending on your role)
You can also access the report options menu with access to features like editing, sharing, deleting, adding signatures, saving templates and more
Note: Any features that aren't available on your plan or to your assigned user role will appear as locked.
You can tap on locked features to learn more about them.
To unlock features you'll need sign up to a HazardCo membership and some report features are unlocked when you scan onto a Project Plus site.
