All workers are to comply with all health and safety requirements on-site
Task Analysis or similar is to be completed for all high-risk work
Workers must be trained, licensed, or qualified to complete high-risk work activities
No high-risk work to be undertaken alone
Report all incidents to the supervisor
Safety signs are to be followed and updated accordingly
Excavations over 1.5 metres deep are to be notified, shored, shielded, or battered
Keep 4 metres from overhead power lines or follow the No Go zone requirement
Ladders must be safe, fit for use, and used in accordance with good practice guidelines.
Harnesses are only used for minor work
Provide appropriate fall protection if working at height
Only licensed scaffolders to erect, alter, or dismantle scaffolds over 5m high
Do not remove guard rails or scaffold components unless authorised
Mobile plant operators are to have appropriate qualifications
Mobile plant to have a warning light and alarm, and service records
Electrical leads and equipment are to be checked before use, and tested and tagged at scheduled intervals
RCDs to be tested daily and tagged regularly
Electrical leads are to be off the ground in a tidy manner
All electrical leads must meet the specified AMP and length requirements and should not be connected in series
Industrial multi-plug devices to be used
All hazardous substances are added to the register and provide access to SDS details
Use appropriate RPE or a dust suppression system whenever excessive dust is generated
Wear appropriate PPE at all times
No harassment, bullying, discrimination, vandalism, or bad behaviour
No illegal drugs or alcohol on-site
Follow SunSmart clothing requirements
Use correct manual handling procedures
Keep your work area clean and tidy
No children or animals to be brought on site
Do not walk through barricaded areas or exclusion zones
