A Health & Safety Site Review gives you a snapshot of how well your site is managing health and safety. One of our qualified HazardCo Health & Safety Consultants will visit your site to check if industry good practice is being followed and point out any areas for improvement.
Think of it like a comprehensive health check for your site - your regular Site Reviews keep things running day to day, while this one digs deeper to make sure everything’s on track.

How it works
During the visit, your consultant will:
Observe work practices and site conditions
Review your documentation and procedures
Talk with workers and supervisors
Identify critical risks and provide recommendations
You’ll receive your report within four business days, including:
A summary letter with your Good Practice Rating and key findings
A detailed report with photos, written findings, and improvement recommendations
Time required: about one hour on-site and one hour for report preparation.
Your Good Practice Rating
Your site is rated based on how many good practice controls are in place:
95–100% – Performing at an optimal level
90–94.9% – Needs some attention
85–89.9% – Needs immediate attentionBelow 85% – Systems need further development
Critical risks must always be actioned first.
What’s industry good practice?
WorkSafe defines this as “what safe looks like so far as reasonably practicable”. Your report includes links to relevant Codes of Practice, Guidelines, and Quick Guides to help you make improvements.
