What is the Pointsbuild WHS Risk Management Training?
Work Health and Safety (WHS) risk management procedures are a systematic approach used by organisations to identify, assess, control, and monitor potential hazards and risks in the workplace. The aim is to create a safe and healthy work environment for employees and anyone affected by the work being carried out.
This one-hour online course walks you through each step in the risk management process and covers:
Risk identification
Risk assessment
Risk control
Risk documentation, including SWMS
Risk monitoring and review
The WHS principle of consultation and communication
Completing this training is a great way to strengthen your knowledge of managing risk, stay compliant, and build a safer, more confident worksite.

Who can access it?
Complete members: You and your staff (this course is exclusive to Complete members and their teams as part of their membership perks.) If you’re not a Complete member, you can check out the courses Pointsbuild has to offer here.
How to access
You’ll receive an email from info@pointsbuild.com.au with the subject line HazardCo CAP with an invitation to set up your account
2. Once you have set up your login details, you’ll receive another email from Pointsbuild to confirm your acceptance
3. Pointsbuild will need to activate your course, and this may take a few days. Once your course has been activated, you will be notified via email
4. Next, login to your account by clicking the link in the email, using the login details that you set up earlier
5. Once you’re logged in, click on the ‘WHS Risk management’ course under the COURSES section, and then click ‘Start Course’, and then ‘Launch Course’ to get started
6. At the completion of the course, navigate to your course menu and click ‘NEXT’ to start the assessment
7. Your course is completed and you will receive an email with your CPD certificate attached
