Enable or disable the Simpro integration
To connect HazardCo to Simpro, you need to be a Hub Admin with access to job management in Simpro.
Log in to the HazardCo Hub and navigate to the Integrations screen.
Enable the Simpro integration.
You will be redirected to the Simpro login screen. Log in with your Simpro credentials and accept the permissions dialogue.
Once connected, team members can attach reports to Simpro jobs from the App.
To disable: Return to the Integrations screen at any time and turn off the Simpro integration.
Attach a report to a Simpro job
Once the integration is enabled, team members can attach any completed reports to open Simpro jobs. Depending on the report type, a report may be attached to a single job or multiple jobs — this is determined by HazardCo.
There are two ways to attach a report:
Option 1 — From the summary screen (after completing a report)
After completing a report, tap Attach to Simpro job on the summary screen.
Select one or more open jobs from the list.
Tap Done to return to the summary screen. The report will display an Attached to Simpro badge on the reports screen.
Option 2 — From the reports screen (after the report is created)
On the reports screen, tap the ... menu on the relevant report.
Select Attach to Simpro job.
Select one or more open jobs from the list.
Tap Done. The report will display an Attached to Simpro badge.
Note: Reports cannot be detached from a Simpro job within HazardCo. If needed, the attachment can be removed directly in Simpro — however, this will not update the status shown in HazardCo.
