Login to the HazardCo Hub

Navigate to 'My Contractors'

Click the 'Manage Contractors' button

Click on the 'Prequalification' tab and select 'Manage Forms'

Click on either the 'Single Invite' to invite one person, or 'Bulk Invite' to invite many people to complete a prequalification

Enter the email addresses that you wish to send a prequalification request to

Click Send Email and you're done! An email will be sent to the each contractor requesting them to complete a prequalification.
