Reviewing Prequalification submissions

You'll be notified via email when a contractor submits a prequalification for review and you'll be emailed reminders when you have prequalifications awaiting reviews.

  1. Login to the HazardCo Hub

  2. Navigate to 'My Contractors'

  3. Click the 'Manage Contractors' button

  4. Click 'Yes' on the 'New Documents' pop up message that tells you how many documents are available to review. Alternatively you can click on top menu item 'Prequalification' and select the 'Manage Forms' option.

  5. Click on the prequalification that you want to review to begin reviewing. You will need to approve or reject all of the information provided by the contractor and review all of the attached documentation. Click on each file to download it and view it before approving or rejecting.

  6. If you need to reject the prequalification for any reason then click the Reject button and provide some information in the 'Comments to submitter' text box around why you are rejecting their submission. This will send them an email with this information for them to update their prequalification submission.

  7. If the information supplied in the prequalification submission is acceptable then you Click 'Approve' to notify the subcontractor and their prequalification will be marked as Approved in LinkSafe and HazardCo systems.

  8. You can choose whether or not to send the contractor a link for their workers to complete a pre-site induction (highlighted in red above) while approving their submission. By default they will automatically be sent the contractor registration link, you can select the option, 'Do not send a link' if you don't require them to complete a pre-site induction.
