Open the HazardCo app and click the 'Scan into a site' option at the top of the Home screen. You can also click the 'Scan QR' in the bottom menu

Scan the QR Code for the site, this is usually located on the Hazard board at the entry to the site

After scanning a site QR code you will be able to see important information like the Site Owner, Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) and emergency details

If you haven't familiarised yourself with the SSSP before arriving at site, click the View SSSP option to read it.

If this is your first visit to the site then you will be asked to confirm your details

Next you are required to answer a health and wellness question. This question is to ensure that you are fit to work and that you don't present risk to others on site.

Finally on the Work Site Details screen you are asked questions about your competency to work and familiarity with the site processes.

Once you have answered all of these questions your induction will be reviewed. If any of the information you provided are unexpected then you will need to contact the Site Supervisor before entering the site.

If you have accidentally provided incorrect information then you can review and update your answers if appropriate to do so.

If the information that you have provided is satisfactory then you will be scanned onto the site
