Completing a pre-site induction
The pre-site induction is a step by step guided process that walks your through important information around expectations for those working on the builders sites and collects some key information about each worker.
Open the 'Please Induct Your Staff' email and click on the link highlighted below to start a pre-site induction
This email is sent after a prequalification submission has been approved and the link should be shared around all team members so that each of them can complete their own pre-site induction.
βStart the pre-site induction by entering your name and mobile number
Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number
Enter your details - Provide some additional contact information and details of your trade
Upload any required Trade Credentials - Depending on your trade this could include: Certificates of competency/training, High Risk Licence and in Australia your White Card
Authorised Person Declaration - Confirm that you are the registered and authorised person to complete the pre-site induction
Site Rules - Read the rules across all of the Builders sites
Incident Management - Read the expectations around incident management
Hazard Management - Read the expectations around hazard management
Training Information - Read the expectations around Training and competency
Agreement Declaration - Tick the declaration to acknowledge that you agree to complete the expectations outlined in the pre-site induction
Acceptance or Terms and Conditions: Tick the acceptance to acknowledge that you agree to the terms outlined in the pre-site induction
βClick next and your pre-site induction is now done and will be shared with the builder to review and approve. You will be notified via email when your submission has been reviewed.
