Open the HazardCo App, click on the Task Analysis option on the Home Screen
Click on the “Use a template” option
Select the template you wish to use by clicking the ‘Use’ option. If there are no existing templates for the task you are about to complete then you can create a new Task Analysis and save that as a template for future use.
Click on any of the 'Edit' options on the review screen to update the details of the TA template so that it reflects the work you are preparing it for.
Some of the most important things to update in a template:
Site location and work activity. If you have scanned onto a site then this field will be automatically populated with that site address
Select the High Risk Work involved in the task
Identify any hazards that are present
Select any appropriate controls to be put in place for those hazards
Select any equipment that you will be using to complete the work
Select the controls to be put in place for using that equipment
Select any PPE required to carry out the work
Add any work task steps so that they reflect how the work will be carried out.
Review your TA before signing and saving it. You can also save your TA as a new template if you wish to use the information entered again in the future.
