Functionality:

Basic Company dashboard

Your company dashboard will give you a static view of what’s happened over the last 12-month reporting period. This includes all H&S activity reported using the HazardCo App, such as total count of Toolbox Meetings, Task Analysis/ SWMS, Site Reviews, Risk Assessments, and Incidents reported broken down by type and treatment received within the company.

Filter by month

View of what’s happening on-site during a specific reporting period. This can be helpful to see how many and which reports have been created during the month for your company and each project you have on the go. This H&S activity can be compared against your business requirements.

Observations & Root Cause Analysis

Observations functionality shows you when ‘NO’ has been selected on a Site Review question, and will display the top 5 risks that have been identified. This can be helpful to see what the most common occurring risks are so you can take the necessary steps to improve. Available to those with Advanced Dashboards .

Drill Downs

Click on your Dashboards to drill into more information.

Company-level Dashbaords show a count and overview of H&S activity across your business. This can be helpful to see how many reports are being completed across the projects in your company compared to your business requirements.

Project level dashboards allow you to drill into the information, for example, you can find out who submitted the report, view incidents or what kind of treatment was received and who logged it etc. Available to those with Advanced Dashboards
