Who Can Upload Certifications?
All users are can upload and manage their own certifications through the App or the HazardCo Hub.
Admin users can upload and manage their team members certifications through the HazardCo Hub.
Uploading Certifications in the App:
Open the HazardCo app and navigate to your Profile by tapping your initials at the top right of the home screen.
Select My Certifications.
Tap Upload Certification.
Choose the certification type, upload a photo, then tap Upload.
Uploading Certifications in the Hub:
In the HazardCo Hub, navigate to Company Details > Team Members.
For an existing team member, click their name to expand their details and select Edit.
Under Upload Certifications, click Browse to upload a file from your device.
Once uploaded, select the certification type, enter the issue and expiration dates if required and click Save.
The certification will then appear in the user’s Profile in the App & Hub.
Note: You can also upload your certifications in the Hub by clicking "My Profile" in the top right-side menu.
Certification Related Notifications:
Stay informed about certification statuses with notifications that alert individuals and Admins about upcoming expiry dates or missing certifications.
Key Notifications:
Certification Expiry Reminders: Enable these to get alerts when a user's certifications are nearing their expiry date.
White Card Upload Prompt for Australian Users: If an Australian user does not have a White Card uploaded, they will receive a notification encouraging them to do so upon opening the App.
Notifications for Site Owners: Australian Site Owners have the option to receive alerts if someone scans onto their site without the required White Card.

To tailor which notifications you receive, visit the Notifications section within the HazardCo Hub. Here, you can adjust settings to fit your needs, ensuring you're only alerted about the most relevant certification matters.
This feature enhances safety and compliance by ensuring all necessary certifications are up-to-date and accessible when needed.
