CURRENT SITE HAZARDS

  • Tick off the hazards that are present on-site.

  • There is also some extra space to add a couple more that may not be already listed.

FILL IN AND REVIEW

  • We recommend a waterproof permanent marker / sharpie be used to fill in the Hazard Board (we have found the best is the Staedtler Lumocolor permanent marker).

  • Affix the Hazard Board so it is clearly visible at the front of the site, ensuring both workers and members of the public can view it.

  • Update the date that the Hazard Board is last reviewed, to ensure it is regularly checked and remains current.

  • Regularly check the Hazard Board is legible, meaning that it can be read by workers and members of the public. For example after strong weather conditions, check that the Hazard Board has not been damaged or written contact details have not worn off.
