Who Can Update Their Profile?
All users on any subscription plan can update their own profile details.
What Can You Edit?
You can update the following details from your profile:
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Company Name (Hub Admin users only)
Please Note: Your email address cannot be edited. If you need to change your email, you will need to either create a new team member under the account or contact HazardCo support for assistance.
How to Update Your Profile in the App
Open the HazardCo App.
Tap the initials icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Tap Edit Profile.
Update your First Name, Last Name, or Phone Number as needed.
Tap Save to confirm your changes.
Editing Company Name (Hub Admin Users Only)
If you are a Hub Admin, you can edit the Company Name from the Edit Profile screen in the App. Company Name can also be updated from Company Settings in the Hub.
How to Update Your Profile in the Hub
Log into the HazardCo Hub.
Click the down arrow icon in the top right corner next to your name and company name.
Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
Update your First Name, Last Name, or Phone Number as needed.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Please Note: If you have access to multiple accounts, your profile will display the Company Name of the account you are currently acting under. To switch companies in the App, go to the Home screen and tap the company name at the top, then select the company you wish to access. To switch companies in the Hub, click the down arrow icon in the top right corner then select the company you wish to access
