What is RAMS with Risk Matrix
This report includes a built-in Risk Matrix that lets you assess identified hazards and the controls you're putting in place using two key factors:
Likelihood – How likely is it that someone could be harmed?
Consequence – How severe would that harm be if it occurred?
This helps you evaluate hazards more accurately and show exactly how your control measures reduce that risk.
