How to reschedule your listing shoot

You can quickly reschedule and modify appointments inside your HD BROS dashboard! Cancellations and postponed requests are completed manually by our support team.

To reschedule an appointment, click the Reschedule button on the Appointment information card within the Order. You can also reach out to our support team at

support@hdbros.com or use the chatbox on our website!

Please keep in mind:

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time that aren't caused by inclement weather are subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Ex. If your appointment time is 1 PM on Friday will require notice before 1 PM on Thursday.

If you are rescheduling your appointment due to inclement weather, we require a minimum 2-hour notice.

  • Ex. If your appointment is at 1 PM on Friday, we require notice by 11 AM on Friday.

We always recommend rescheduling for better weather but ultimately allow you to make the final decision. If you do not wish to reschedule and the weather prevents us from getting exteriors and/or aerials shots, we can schedule these separately. Exteriors can be rescheduled separately for $150 and Aerials for $250. If it is not actively raining/snowing, we can touch up the exterior photos with nice sky replacements!

If we do not hear from you regarding any cancellations or rescheduling, we will assume we are still confirmed and will continue out for your appointment.

*With the winter conditions, there is a possibility that due to road conditions, our team members may be unable to get to the property safely, so we'll be in touch on the morning of your appointment to go over rescheduling options.
