If you want to utilize vertical video on social media, we've got you covered. This guide will walk you through the easiest way to get your vertical content uploaded into Instagram.

Step 1. Get your video content saved on your camera roll.

There are 2 quick ways to save your video content on your phone. The easiest way is to download the video file through our mobile app onto your phone's camera roll. The second way is to download the video file to your computer and then airdrop the video over to your phone.

Step 2. Upload your video as a Reel on Instagram.

Once your videos are saved to your phone, open Instagram and hit the + Icon at the bottom of your screen. Then hit 'Reel' as your content type and upload the vertical video from your camera roll.

Step 3. Add trending music, titles, and captions to your reel!

If you want to use trending audio from Instagram, you'll want to mute the soundtrack we include on video, and select from Instagram's library of music!
