Define which fonts are used for headlines and body text across your entire project.

Fonts in headful are managed through font sets. A font set defines the typography for headlines and body text and applies to the entire project.

Multiple font sets can be created, but only one font set can be active at a time.


Step-by-Step Guide

1 | Create a Font Set

  1. Open the Company Dashboard.

  2. Select the desired project.

  3. Open the three-dot menu and click Edit.

  4. Go to Design.

  5. Open the Typography tab.

  6. Click the Plus icon to create a new font set.

  7. Enter a title for the font set.


2 | Use System Fonts

  1. Open the Headline section within the font set.

  2. Make sure Use custom font is disabled.

  3. Select a font from the dropdown menu under Standard.

  4. Choose the font weights for Standard and Bold.

  5. Repeat the steps for Body text.

  6. Click Save font set.


3 | Activate a Font Set

  1. Open the three-dot menu of the desired font set.

Using Custom Fonts

Custom fonts are integrated using WOFF2 files. Typically, four font files are required for a complete font set:

  • Regular

  • Italic

  • Bold

  • Bold Italic


Step-by-Step Guide

1 | Prepare Font Files

  1. Download the font files from the font provider (e.g., Google Fonts).

  2. Convert the files to WOFF2 if they are not already in that format.


2 | Upload Custom Fonts

  1. Open the desired font set under Design → Typography.

  2. Enable the toggle Use custom font in the Headline section.

  3. Upload the four WOFF2 files:

    • Regular

    • Italic

    • Bold

    • Bold Italic

  4. Repeat the steps for Body text if needed.

  5. Click Save font set.


3 | Activate the Font Set

  1. Open the three-dot menu of the font set.

  2. Select Activate (or Select font set).


Tips & Tricks

  • Create multiple font sets to quickly compare different font combinations.

  • Only one font set can be active at a time.

  • Custom fonts must be uploaded in WOFF2 format.
