Creating the Service Wizard

Learn how to use the Service Wizard to create and publish new services manually or by uploading a CSV/Excel file.

Introduction


Hey! The Service Wizard makes creating new services super easy. Hereโ€™s how you can either do everything yourself or upload a CSV or Excel file to automatically create services.

Step 1: How do you want to start?


โ€‹Manual Setup:

  • Click the plus symbol to add categories or content items.

  • Name the category levels and display solutions with other components.

Step 2: Fill the Wizard with Content


โ€‹Manual Setup:

  • Choose to add a wizard category element or wizard content element.

  • For categories: Add a title and change the icon; then choose between category and content elements.

  • For content elements: This is the endpoint of a category tree. Use the plus to add components for your content.

  • Finally, publish the page.

Upload CSV or Excel:

  • Upload a CSV or Excel file.

  • Ensure correct column and sheet naming in the file.

  • Enter the exact names of the sheets (e.g., Category Tab, Content Tab).
